I’m Mike Fetherling, founder of Poly Service Pros. My career has always been hands-on—starting in heavy construction and environmental remediation, managing complex projects across the country. Those years taught me how to lead crews, maintain equipment, and keep demanding jobs on track.
In 2014, my wife Trish and I launched a polyurethane concrete-raising company. What started with a single truck and trailer grew into one of Chicagoland’s most trusted names. Along the way, we developed practical systems for estimating, scheduling, field operations, and customer service—processes that kept projects profitable and crews efficient.
That real-world experience is the foundation of Poly Service Pros today. We use what we learned running a service company to help other service-business owners streamline operations, train teams, and adopt smart automation.
